Product Policy

• 1- Product Delivery: RR Multisales delivers only the completed software product, website, or any other digital product as per the agreement. The source code or control panel (C-Panel) remains the property of RR Multisales and is not included in the delivery unless specifically agreed upon in a separate contract.


• 2- Source Code and C-Panel Access:
  I- If a client requests the source code or C-Panel access, the following conditions apply:
  II- Additional Charge: The client must pay four times the final cost of the product, based on the number of features and modules developed at that time.
  III- No Responsibility Post Handover: Upon handover of the source code or C-Panel, RR Multisales will no longer be responsible for the product.
  IV- Exclusive In-house Use: The client agrees to use the source code or product backup exclusively within their in-house development team. The client must not provide the source code to any other IT company or software business group.
  V- Non-disclosure: The client is responsible for ensuring that the source code is not shared with any third party that could potentially harm RR Multisales' clientele or product value.
  VI- Legal Action: Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of the source code may result in legal action by RR Multisales.



• 3- Post-Delivery Modifications: Any additional work requested by the client after the initial product delivery will be charged separately. The cost and timeline for such modifications will be determined at the time of the request.


• 4- Service Continuation: If the client wishes to continue services after the project completion, ongoing service charges will apply. These charges will be based on the services requested at that time.


• 5- Business and Income Plan Changes: Any modifications to the client’s business or income plan after the commencement of the project will incur additional charges. The cost will depend on the nature and scope of the changes requested.


• 6- Product Integrity: RR Multisales reserves the right to refuse any further development or modifications on projects that have been substantially altered or developed by another party after delivery.


• 7- Misuse of Services: Misuse or misrepresentation of RR Multisales' products or services is strictly prohibited and will invite legal consequences. Any legal issues will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata judiciary or as per applicable law.



Payment Policy

• 1- Advance Payment: The client is required to pay 40% of the total project cost in advance to commence work on the project. This payment confirms the client’s acceptance of the project terms and the commencement of work.


• 2- Progress Payment: After 50% of the project timeline has been completed, an additional 30% of the total project cost is due. This payment is necessary for the continuation of the project towards completion.


• 3- Final Payment: The remaining 30% of the project cost is due upon completion of the project, prior to final delivery. The project will not be delivered until full payment has been received.


• 4- Refund Policy: All payments made by the client are non-refundable under any circumstances, except if work has not yet begun. If the client decides to stop work after the project has commenced, RR Multisales will not be responsible for any refunds.


• 5- Payment for Modifications: Any additional work or modifications requested by the client after the project is delivered will be subject to additional charges. These charges will be determined based on the scope of the modifications requested.


• 6. Taxes and Additional Costs
  GST and Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes. GST at 18% will be applied to the total project cost.
  
  
• 7. Additional Charges: Any additional features or changes requested after the initial agreement will incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client before proceeding.


• 8. Late Payment: In case of delayed payments, RR Multisales reserves the right to pause or stop work on the project until the payment is made. Delayed payments may also result in a delay in project delivery.
  
  
• 9. Penalty for Delays: Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Continuous non-payment may result in the suspension of services.


• 10- Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made towards the start of a project or for securing services are non-refundable, except under special circumstances where work has not begun and an agreement has been made between the client and RR Multisales.


• 11- Payment Terms for Source Code: If the client requests the source code or C-Panel access after the project completion, the client must pay four times the final project cost. This payment must be made before the source code or C-Panel is handed over.


• 12- Legal Compliance: Any payment disputes or issues must be resolved in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract and under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata judiciary or as per applicable law.
